Export a CSV from any bank or card, then choose "Import a CSV file" in WriteOff. The app reads the merchant, date, and amount on each row, flags what looks deductible, and shows its reason on every card. Rows it cannot parse are skipped and reported, never silently dropped. Ambiguous transfers (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash) are held for a quick memo so they are never guessed wrong.
